T0089-P Technology Maturation of a Dual-Spinning CubeSat Bus

This experiment is going to test and characterize a unique scanner assembly and integrated attitude control system for earth sensor platforms on a non-satellite scale.  The objective is to verify control authority of reaction wheel assembly and monitor power consumption of relevant components.  Earth observation scientists are potential users for this experiment.
