Distributed Oceanographic Match-up Service

The project will develop match-up specification. It will also install and test Extensible Data Gateway (EDGE) and webification at FSU, National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) and JPL. It will also design three-way coordinated network communications, design DOMS web portal and service. Additionally it will implement web services and portal.
