The objective of this experiment is to collect splatter pattern data for sauteing under hypogravity and constraits of hood environment. The experiment was developed because of the need for the development of food preparation workspace for long-term human missions that incorporates containment and treatment of food preparation emissions. This technology can later be used in space habitats for human missions, galleys in confined spaces.
